Sign Up · one form

One screen from brand choice to verification.

Select Brand. Full name and corporate email sit on the same row on Web; the information icon beside Email explains the corporate-domain rule without pushing the field out of alignment.

Use a work email. Personal and disposable domains are rejected during validation. Every required field and the terms checkbox carries a visible asterisk.

Password rules are the same as everywhere else: 8 characters, uppercase, number, special. The strength meter must read Strong.

Search for your brand before creating a new company record. Selecting an existing brand populates its stored category; on Web that authoritative category is locked and labelled Existing brand to prevent duplicate or conflicting classification. New brands choose a category from the industry picker.

No signup stepper.Role, account credentials, company identity, business category, and terms now live in one required-field form with one submit action.
Verify

Verify once, then go straight into brand onboarding.

Open your inbox, find the email from @inflira.com, copy the 6-digit code. Paste or type it. Auto-submit fires the moment the sixth digit lands, establishes the verified session, and opens profile setup. There is no login detour.

If your IT team filters mail aggressively, allowlist @inflira.com before signing up.

Code expires in 15 minutes. Up to 3 resends per hour, then you wait 60 minutes.
Step 1

Three required fields. The rest is optional.

Required (top section, red asterisks):

  • Company Name — free text
  • Industry — search-as-you-type picker, ~110 sub-segments
  • Description — textarea, 1,000-character cap

Optional (collapsed by default; expand to add):

  • Website — URL
  • Company Size — 8 bands (1–10, 11–50, 51–200, 201–500, 501–1000, 1001–5000, 5001–10000, 10001+)
  • Year Founded — 1800 to current year
Industry picker: search-as-you-type.About 110 sub-segments grouped into 22 sectors. Try "D2C", "NBFC", "Cloud Kitchen", "Q-commerce" — whatever your brand actually does. Eight popular picks are pinned above the search for the most common choices.
Step 2

One file. Square works best.

Drag and drop or click to browse. Inflira shows a live preview as soon as the file lands. If the file is too big, Inflira refuses it cleanly — you can compress and re-upload without losing other onboarding progress.

Recommended 400×400 pixels. Any image format (PNG/JPG/SVG/WebP). Max 5MB. Square images with a transparent background look cleanest in creator-facing surfaces.
Step 3

Country + city are required. Everything else is optional.

Required:

  • Country — dropdown (India + 26 markets pinned, including SAARC + GCC + the West)
  • City — free text

Optional:

  • State / Province — free text
  • Postal Code — free text
  • Street Address — free text, internal only
Address fields are not shown publicly.Your country and city show on the public profile. State, postal code, and street address are for our records only — used for invoicing.
Step 4

Entirely optional. Skip the whole step if you'd rather.

Your brand's handles, all optional. Adding a handle helps creators verify your brand exists, but incomplete accounts hurt more than they help — only add the platforms you actually post on.

Six platforms: Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook, LinkedIn. None are required. If you skip everything, the primary button reads 'Skip & continue' instead of 'Continue'.
Step 5

Pick at least one campaign type. Content formats are optional.

RequiredCampaign Types: pick from a fixed list of ten executions; at least one selection needed.

OptionalContent Formats: eight chips. Pick the formats you actually expect creators to deliver. Leave blank if you have no preference.

These are NOT campaign objectives. These chips describe the kinds of executions you do. Real campaign objectives (lead gen, sales, app installs etc.) are picked when you actually create a campaign.
Step 6

Entirely optional. Skip if you'd rather decide later.

Four optional multi-selects: Age Range, Gender Focus, Interests (20 categories), and Target Regions (India, South Asia, North America, South America, Europe, Asia broader, Africa, Australia & Oceania, Global).

Brands often over-claim their target reach. Inflira's matching weighs alignment heavily — narrow the audience to who actually buys, or skip entirely and refine later from the profile editor.

Zero required fields. Anything you add here improves match quality, but skipping the whole step is supported — the primary button reads 'Skip & continue' when nothing is filled.
Step 7

Min, max, currency required. Duration and payment terms optional.

Required: min budget, max budget, currency (INR default). The per-campaign range banner updates live as you type.

Optional: campaign duration (one-time / short / medium / long-term) and payment terms (upfront / on completion / milestone-based / net 30). Each is a radio-tile selector with inline helper copy.

Currency now sits inside the Required section right under min/max — a budget number means nothing without it. INR is the default. Payment Terms (Upfront / On Completion / Milestone / Net 30) and Campaign Duration are optional with sensible defaults that work for most Indian brands.
Step 8 — final

One required pick. Guidelines optional, owned by this step.

RequiredBrand Values: pick at least one from a fixed list of 15 values (Quality, Innovation, Sustainability, Authenticity, etc.). We use this to surface creators whose voice fits yours.

Optional — collapsible section with two fields:

  • Preferred Creator Tiers — Nano, Micro, Mid-Tier, Macro, Mega, Celebrities, Industry Experts, Content Creators. Pick the tiers you actually have budget for.
  • Brand Guidelines — long-form textarea (5,000-character cap). Tone of voice, things to avoid, must-mentions, visual style. This is what creators read.
Brand guidelines live here — there is no separate step 9.The old standalone 'Brand Guidelines' step was folded into Brand Values in 2026-05. One textarea, one editor, one source of truth (5,000-character cap). Submitting this step completes onboarding.
Dashboard

Your dashboard — where Inflira drops you the moment onboarding completes.

The left sidebar shows the 4 dashboard tabs: Overview (landing), Payments, Brand Guardian, and Team Management. Team Management only appears if you're a company admin — non-admins see the 3-tab variant.

The Overview tab is a single Dashboard Overview widget containing 9 metric cards in a 3×3 grid: Total Campaigns, Active Campaigns, Total Reach, Total Spend, ROI, Engagement Rate, Total Engagements, Conversion Rate, Completed Campaigns. On day 1 every value reads 0 / 0% / ₹0 — there's no welcome hero, no “next steps” card, no empty-state illustration. Just the metrics, then the Content Command Center section, then the ⚡ Quick Actions row.

The Quick Actions row has 4 buttons: New Campaign (the single most important next move), Update Profile, ROI (jumps to the company-wide ROI tab), and Settings. The campaign wizard's objective pick on its step 1 activates the right ROI engine and shapes every metric on this dashboard from that point on.

Submitting Brand Values is the redirect trigger.ProfileSetupPage.handleComplete fires window.location.href = '/dashboard/company' the instant the final step's POST returns. No celebration page — straight to TabBasedCompanyDashboard.
